Reeve Property Restoration
was established in 1998 with a view to filling the gap in the market
for a service orientated building contractor. We have grown at a remarkable
rate, being incorporated as a limited company exactly three years after
formation. In a relatively short space of time we have formed relationships
with a number of important clients including Local Authorities, Loss
Adjusters, Insurance Companies, Health Authorities, Architects, Building
Surveyors, Public and Private Schools/Colleges and Pub Management Companies.
Covering
Norfolk, North Suffolk and East Cambridgeshire, services provided include
long term day to day maintenance contracts, extensions and refurbishment
of all types of building including listed properties using traditional
methods and sensitive situations such as occupied schools, hospital
wards etc. Subsidence, fire and flood damage restoration is a speciality
and makes up approximately 40% of our turnover. We are members of the
Helifix Registered Installer Scheme, which enables us to carryout non-intrusive
concealed repairs on sick and failing buildings which may otherwise
require re-building or demolition. Larger projects include the complete
restoration of a fire damaged stable block at a Grade I listed building
(see photo), the construction of a library at a Norfolk primary school
and the re-instatement of a high quality four bedroom house that was
completely gutted by fire.
Run by
professionals and employing some of the best tradesmen around, their
skill and hard work was recognised when we became a Chartered Building
Company, more details of which can be found at www.cbcscheme.org.uk.
Potential customers can be assured that they will receive a first class
service. Unlike the stereotypical builder, we do what we say we will
do and pride ourselves in being one of the best contractors around.
